FAQs

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

All clients are given my personal cell, business, and spouses numbers. I also provide my messenger and What's App information, email address and am available 24/7 for you to check in on your pet. I will even do video calls for those pet parents who are just needing to see their pet!

My pet has a special need, medication or medical condition, or special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

We absolutely can accommodate for any diets special needs , or medication needed. I also will take your pet to the vet if they have a visit they need to go to while you are out of town. I can and have accommodated for diabetic cats, blind and deaf pets, am comfortable fiving injections and oral medications along with being certified in Pet Frist Aid and CPR.

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We have Kibbles & Bits for those who do not bring dog food and I have one large crate. I ask that you provide any litter for long stays, your pets food especially if they are on a special diet. For long stays, you may be invoiced for any extra supplies needed and purchased (with your permission.)

I have an extra crate (47inch) and have a set of lockers that pets property is placed into. Photos will be taken of all items brought. I ask that if your pet is NOT ok being left alone free roaming in the home, bring their crate. We are hardly ever both gone, but need the option if we do have to leave the home
